If you could lose 100 grams a day for 100 days, you’d be 10 kilos lighter at the end of it all!
Now what could be simpler than that? The challenge of course, is to do it without fancy equipment, without crazy diets, without major changes to lifestyle — now that would be something, wouldn’t it?
That’s the contention of this blog, and I started out with 100 for 100 on
15 February 2010, weighing 84.3 kgs. The 100 days is scheduled to end on
25 May 2010, when I hope to weigh 74.3 kgs or less.
As I embark on this journey, which I think is going to be pretty exhilarating, I hope to share with you all I learn about health, diet and fitness. I’ll also throw in observations on the city of Mumbai and my other interests, so do pitch in with your thoughts and reactions as we go along.
